SECOND NOTICE OF HEARING

Avenue, Clearwater, Florida,
at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as can be heard, on October 6,
1989. continuances will be granted only by order of the Hearing
Officer for good cause shown.
ISSUES: Appeal of five day suspension; whether disciplinary
action taken against Respondent, as set forth in the Notice of
Suspension dated May 4, 1989, was for just cause, and whether the
punishment was appropriate.
AUTHORITY: City of Clearwater civil Service Rule 14, section 8.
The parties shall arrange to have all witnesses and
evidence present at the time and place of hearing. Subpoenas
will be issued by the Hearing Officer upon request of the
parties. All parties have the right to present oral argument and
to cross-examine opposing witnesses. All parties have the right
to be represented by counselor other qualified representative,
