Gentlemen:
This will confirm our verbal agreement with the
City that in consideration of the City of Clearwater
vacating by proper resolution the alley running between
Court and Markley Streets, directly east of the Park
Terrace Diner, we will guarantee to defray the cost of
moving, changing, or otherwise effecting public utilities
now situated in or about said alley.
We agree that payment will be made on demand.
