Dear Sir.
In consideration of the agreement of the
City Water Department to make necessary taps and
to provide without charge to owners, water necessary
for sprinkling the City Parks and Parkways within
the limits of Harbor Oaks, where such owners shall
install a satisfactory sprinkling syste., the
Harbor Oaks Association agrees at its own expense
to install a complete sprinkling system in the City
Parks ( Druid and B~ Avenue) within Harbor Oaks,
and to mow, water, fertilize and renew the lawns,
shrUbbery and trees in said Parks and Parkways
throughout Harbor Oaks, and further to relieve the
City of all expense of sweeping and cleaning said
Streets.
