and Osceola Avenue is necessary in order to expedite and facilitate movement
of traffic and that said improvements are to the best interest of the people
of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain right of way over certain land
belonging to the Estate of J. E. Nall, deceased; and
WHEREAS, the Cityls only means of completing said improvement
is by acquisition of the necessary right of way for the widening of said Drew

Street by means of condemnation proceedings;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
t•°?'', COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASEMBLED AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the appropriate officials of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
are hereby instructed and directed to obtain all necessary surveys and
execute all necessary instruments, documents, checks for payment of money,
bonds, pleadings and other papers which are incidental and necessary to the
institution of condemnatiion proceedings to acquire the right of way described
in the attached "Exhibit 1" which is incorporated herein by reference and
made a part hereof as though set out, which said land to be acquired belongs
to the said Estate of J. E. Nall, deceased.
2. The City Attorney is hereby instructed to institute condemnation
proceedings in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of
Florida for the purpose of acquiring said property at the earliest possible
moment for the widening and improving of Drew Street between Myrtle
Avenue and Osceola Avenue in the City of Clearwater, Florida.
