WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has purchased certain properties
from the Estates of E. H. Coachman and Mae S. Coachman and others; and
WHEREAS, the said E. H. Coachman and Mae S. Coachman were

pioneer residents of the City of Clearwater and have contributed greatly
to the growth of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the said property purchased from the said ?

E. H. Coachman and Mae S. Coachman was known as Bay Hall, the former
residence of the said Coachmans; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to dedicate a portion of the said Bay Hall
property and other properties located in the vicinity of Bay Hall for public
park and recreational purposes to honor the memory of E. H. Coachman
and Mae S. Coachman by naming the same for them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property is hereby dedicated as
a public park and for recreational purposes for the use and benefit of the
citizens of the City of Clearwater, Florida:
Lot 4 of Rompon's & Baskin's corrected map of
Causeway Business District as shown in Plat Book
57, page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida; less that portion on the South of said Lot
4 used for street purposes;
