. ' 1NHEREAS, it has been requested by Mr. John Wilson, the owner of
certain real property situated at the Northwest corner of the intersection of
Drew Street and Highland Avenue in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the
City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain utility easement running East
and West on said real property; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement is not necessary nor required and
it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION FULLY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the utility easement running East and West on the following
described property:
The South part of Lot 6 and the North part of Lots
7 and 8, all in Block K of Revised Map of Hillcrest
No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 48 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Mr. John
Wilson, 1365 Drew Street, Clearwater, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 062.
