To forthwith acquire and appropriate in fee sim- ple absolute, or obtain partial releases or satisfaction of mortgages covering all.of the respective properties described in the attached exhibit referred to as Schedule of.Tnformation For Suit, which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference, which said properties or mortgages are owned held or occupied by the persons, firms or corporations indi- cated in said Schedule of Information For Suit, as well as the residences, the legal disabilities, and interest of said prop- erty owners or holders. 2. The purposes of said appropriation being to widen and extend the street right-of-way of Gulf to Bay Boulevard as is more fully set forth in the premises. 3. The City Manager shall cause written notice here- of to be given the aforesaid owners or holders, as well as all persons, firms or corporations in possession thereof or having an interest therein or their duly authorized agents, in accord- ance with Section 139 of the Charter of the City of Clearwater.
