WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of,
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the property described be-
low should be cleaned of weeds, grasp and/or underbrush, and that
after ten (10) days notice and failure of the owner thereof to
do so, the City should clean such property and charge the coots
thereof against the respective property.
N01W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following described pro-
perty, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, grass and/or
underbrush within ten (10) days after notice in writing to the owners
thereof to do so and that upon failure to comply with said notice, the
City shall perform such cleaning and charge the costa thereof against
the respective properties in accordance with Section 120 of the Char-
ter of the City of Clearwater, as amended.
