WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has found
it necessary to realign a portion of the existing right-
of-way of Pierce Street located East of Greenwood Avenue
within the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
and to dedicate a new right-of-way to replace said vacated
portion of the presently existing Pierce Street right-of-
way; and,
WHEREAS, the City has no further need for and it
has been found to be to the best interest of the City of
Clearwater to vacate the following described portion of
the presently existing right-of-way of Pierce Street:
Begin at the SW corner of Lot 20, corrected plot of
subdivision of West 260.4 ft. of Lot 2, R. H. Pad-
gett's Subdivision of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Sea. 15,
Twrp. 29S, Rge. 1SE, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page
41, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,; run
thence S 89°11'47" E. along the South line of said
Lot 20, 130.2 ft. to the SE corner of said Lot 20;
thence S. 0°01'46" W, 1.860 ft.; thence along a curve
to the left.whose.chord is S 79°38'27" W. 22.86 ft.;
and whose arc is 22.93 ft., and-whose radius is 659.02
ft.; thence along a curve to the right whose chord is
