WHEREAS, the Civil Service Law of the City of Clearwater places
authority and responsibility upon the Civil Service Board of said
City to prepare and revise with approval of the appointing authority
of the City, classifications and pay plans affecting classified city
employees of said City; and,
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Board of the City of Clearwater and
the City Manager and City Commission have reviewed certain rules of
the Schedule of Salary Ranges by Class Titles of pay plan of 1959, as
adopted by resolution ##59-94; and,
. WHEREAS, it has been found desirable and in the best Interest
that the following amendments hereby be adopted or approved by this
Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND
REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Rule 3 of the schedule of Salary Ranges by Class Tltiesbe
amended to read as shown by attached Schedule of Amendments.
2. Rule 9 of the Schedule of Salary Ranges by Class Titles be
amended to read as shown by attached Schedule of Amendments.

3. Amendments shall become effective upon passage of this
resolution.
4. Existing rules In conflict with aforesaid amendments are
! hereby repealed.
