WHEREAS, construction of said extension of Myrtle Avenue North
and South within the City limits is about to commence;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED:
s" 1. To forthwith acquire and appropriate in fee simple ab-
solute, all of the properties described in the attached exhibit re-
feared to as."Exhibit'l" which is incorporated herein and made a part
by reference, which said properties are owned or occupied by the per-
sons firms or corporations indicated in said "Exhibit 1", as well as
the residences, the legal disabilities, and interest of said property
owners.
2. The purposes of said appropriation being to widen and ex-
tend the street right-of-way of Myrtle Avenue Northerly and Southerly
as is more fully set forth in the premises.
3. The City Manager shall cause written notice hereof to be
given the aforesaid owners, as well as all persons, firms or corpora-
tions in possession thereof or having an interest therein, or their
duly authorized agents, in accordance with Section 139 of the Charter
of the City of Clearwater.

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the right-of-way of

City limits of the City of Clearwater in order to facilitate the
free circulation and flow of traffic of all kinds within the muni-

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has the necessary authority,
as well as the necessary finances, to acquire said right-of-way,, as
well as the necessary finances to participate in the construction of

the State Road Department; and,
WHEREAS considerable effort has been made by the City of

Attached hereto and made a part of this Exhibit are all
dasoriptions for property heroin to be acquired as set
forth in thermcfax copies of tote Road Department deeds,
together with grantor or°grantors as shown therein, same
being owners in fee simple of the respective properties.
In addition thereto, there is shown on each-respective
deed the residences of said-owner or owners, as well as
name and address of all persons, firms or corporations
in possession or having or claiming any interest in said
property by mortgage, deed or other means.
The purpose of said deeds made'a part of this Exhibit is
to respectively show ownership, description and other mat-
ters which are required by the Charter of the City of Clear-
water or the laws of Florida.
