NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following described pro- perty, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, grass and/or underbrush within ten (10) days after notice in writing to the owners thereof to do so and that upon failure to comply with said notice, the, City shall perform such cleaning and charge the costs thereof against. the respective properties in accordance with Section 128 of the Char- ter of the City of Clearwater, as amended.
