Constructed an 8 inch sanitary sewer, manhole,
and appurtenances, lift station and force main
to serve Lots 5-9 inclusive of Block B and Locks
8-14 inclusive of Block D in Pine Ridge Subdivision.
(Overlea Street - vicinity of Betty Lane), Clear-
water, Pinellas County, Florida.
Same construction in Lot 15 and Lot 16, Block D
Pine Ridge Subdivision. This was not included at
>`3~> time of public hearing. Property owners of Dots
15 and 18 to pay pre-rata share at time of sewer connections.
The properties facing and abutting these improvements are deemed
to derive special benefits therefrom.
7HEREAS, under the provisions of Section 123 and other per-
tinent provisions of the City Charter, after said improvements shall
?,•ls"= have been completed, the City Commission shall assess the cost thereof
{;4=i against the properties facing and abutting and receiving benefits from
said improvements so made; and,
rJHEREAS, certain parcels of real estate facing and abut-
ting and in the vicinity of said improvements have been benefitted
thereby and the pro-rata cost thereof shall be assessed against such
property;

THE CITY OF CLEARIATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND AEGU-
{ LARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLGIS:
1. That the above described improvements in the area of
of Overlea Street, Pine Ridge Subd. -vicinity of Betty Lane, Clear-
water, Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby accepted and approved as having been completed.
2. That the following described properties facing and abut-
ting and in the vicinity of the aforesaid improvements are hereby deemed
to have been benefitted by said improvements in the following proportions
of the cost thereof, and the same are hereby assessed in accordance

3. That if assessments herein made are not paid within
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the City Treasurer is here-
by directed to issue and sell certificates of indebtedness under
