'PlEiiEAS, Briley, !gild and Associates linve heretofore boon re-
tained by the City of Clearwater to perform services as covered by
the statement therefor hereinafter described: and,
WHEREAS, said services, as so described, have been performed
and there is due and payable said Engineers from the City of Clear-
water the sum of 3,276.40 adcording to the statement of said
Engineers dated 9/29/58 , a copy of which is hereto
attached and by reference made a part hereof;
NOU, THEaEFORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEAWIATER, FLOdIDA, in session duly and regularly assembled,
' as follows:
1. That the sum of ".3,276.40 be paid from the Construction
Trust Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee

fj thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated June 1.0, 19,57, which
Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of tl:e sale of Utility

Revenue Certificates Series of 1956.

2. That a certified copy of this Aesolution be delivered forth-
with to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the
direction of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing
sum directly to the said Engineers fortlniith in compliance with Section
' 3 'b) and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
