WHEREAS, Earl D. Wilson has long been recognized
as one of this City*s outstanding civic
leaders because of his interest in this
community and its citizens and his un-
selfish contribution.of.time and effort
in serving on various boards and com-
mittees of this City; and,
WHEREAS, his ability and leadership have also been
recognized by his company who recently pro-
moted him to a high position in its organi-
zation, which necessitated his leaving the
City of Clearwater; and,
WHEREAS, during the time he lived in this City he
served faithfully and effectively,as se-
cretary and treasurer of the Fun IN Sun
Executive Committee, as'a member of the
Clearwater, Zoning Board., and was one of
the initial members of the Board of Ad-
justment and Appeal on Zoning; and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clear-
water, Florida, wishes to express its ap-
preciation, gratitude and congratulations
to Earl D. Wilson for the fine service he
rendered.to this City;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY-THE CITY COD24ISSION OF THE
CIY OF GLE4W1na, ' IN.,SESSION DULY. AND .REGULARLY ASSEMBLED,
AS, FOLLOWS:
1. That it does hereby express for itself
and all the citizens of this City, deep appreciation and
gratitude for Earl D. Wilson's outstanding record of civic
service and extends hearty congratulations for his continued
success.
2. . That a certified copy of this Resolution
be given to Earl D. Wilson.
