of the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following desoribed
property, situate in said City, ahell be cleaned of weeds, grass
and / or underbrush within ten (1E)days after notice in writing
to the owners thereof to do so and that upon failure to comply
with said notice, the City shall perform cueh cleaning and
charge the costa thereof against the respective properties in
accordance with Section 128 of the Charter of the City of Clear-
water, as amended.
