NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, in session dully and legally assembled;
1. That the City Commission finds that it is deemed advisable, necessary, and
to the best interests of the said City that the following work and public improve-
:' ments be done therein, to-wit:

. of Seminole Street from the West curb line of Jefferson Avenue to the
East curb line of
Pennsylvania Avenue;

Construct a five foot concrete sidewalk, 4 inches thick on the East side
of Greenwood Avenue from the South curb line of Palmetto Street to the
Horth curb line of Drew Street.
2. That all objections voiced and interposed to the making of said public
improvements, which objections appear in the official, minutes of the meeting of
