WHEREAS, after Public Hearing on February 18, A. D. 19520 the City
Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, determined that certain work
and improvements hereinafter described should be doge and made, and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto said improvements have been made as followst
Construct curb on the east and went aide of iiulfview ,
Boulevard from the north side of Papaya Street to the
south side of San Marco Street and from the north side
of San Marco Street to the south side of Baymont Street,
and construct curb on the south side of Papaya Street
from the west aide of Mandalay Avenue to the east side of
Gulfview Boulevard, and construct curb on the north and
south side of Baymont Street from the west side of
Mandalay Avenue to the east side of Gulfview Boulevard,
and construct a 27 toot pavement in Baymont Street from
the west side of Mandalay Avenue to the east s Ae of
Culfview Boulevard, and construct a 28.5 toot pavement on
Papaya Street from the west side of Mandalsy'Avenue to the
east aide of Gulf few Boulevard, and resurface Gulfview
Boulevard from the north side of Papaya Street to the south
side of Baymont Street, and construct a 12 inch atom somr
and appurtenances on Baymont Street from the east side of
Gulfview Boulevard to the west side of Gulfview Boulevard.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 123 and other pertinent pro-
visions of the City Charter, after said improvements shall have been completed,
the City Coamission shall assess the cost thereof against the properties espaoir
ally benefited thereby- and abutting upon or located in the vicinity of said
Improvements so made, and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of real estate abutting or located in the
vicinity of said improvements have been benefited by said improvements and the
pro-rata cost thereof shall be assessed against said parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, in session duly and regularly assembled as fol3.ows=
