A RESOLUTION of THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CI'T'Y OF CLEARVIATIM, FLORIDA, DES7G* "
NATING AND DEDICATING A CERTAIN AREA IN
SAID CITY AS CREST LAKE PARK.
WHEREAS, The City of Clearwater has acquired title to
the property bound on the north by Cleveland Street, on the
East by Lake Drive, on the South by Gulf-to-Bag Boulevard
and on the West by Glenwood Avenue, commonly known as Crest
Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, It was the ibtenti on of the City and the
parties from whom said property was acquired that said
property be dedicated for park purposes only.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the said property
be and the same is hereby dedicated as a publio park to
be used for park purposes only, and shall be known as
Crest Lake Park.
PASSED AIM ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City
of Cloarwet er, Florida, this 12th day of December, 1938,
