STORMWATER PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: (City of Clearwater Storm Drainage Design C Manual and 4-202.A.21} A STORMWATER NARRATIVE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL APPLICATIONS. All applications that irn addition or modification of impervious surface, including buildings, must include a stormwater plan that demonstrates compliance the City of Clearwater Storm Drainage Design Criteria manual. A reduction in impervious surface area does not qualify as an exem to this requirement.
