I wanted to let you know what this change means for the Harborview Center. The staff
here at the Harborview Center is excited about joining the Comcast-Spectacor team.
What this does for the company is gives a strong financial base and better positioning for
growing the company with more management contracts for additional buildings. What
this does for the Harborview Center is increases our exposure throughout the country and
creates additional sources of leads through the sales staffs of those additional facilities.
Standard operating procedure will not change at all and we will still report to Mich
Sauers here in Tampa.
If! can provide you with any additional information or answer any questions please do
not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
/-\ ..~
