ASSIGNMENT OF LEASEASSIGNMENT OF LEASE FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned Lessor/Assignor of that certain Commercial Lease Contract dated the 26th day of June, 2007 and amended September 30, 2008, by and between COTEL, INC., Lessor and CITY OF CLEARWATER, Lessee, with said Lease governing parking spaces located at 400 East Short Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33767, does by virtue of this instrument, assign all of his right, title and interest in and to said Lease to C.L.E.M. HOSPITALITY, LLC, A Florida limited liability company, Purchaser. We further agree to make all lease payments from this date forward to the purchaser.
