FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER AND GLOBE FACILITIES SERVICES. INC.
FOR PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
FOR THE HARBORVIEW CENTER
This First Amendment between the City of Clearwater, (CITY) and Globe
Facilities Services, Inc., (FIRM) is entered into on the date written below.
Whereas, the CITY and FIRM entered into a Professional Management Services
Agreement for the Harborview Center on January 18, 1995.
Whereas, the parties agree to extend that Agreement for three (3) years under
the terms of this amendment.
Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual terms and conditions, promises,
covenants, and payments set forth herein, CITY and FIRM agree as follows:
1. Article 15.2 Extension Term shall be deleted and the parties agree to a
three (3) year Extension Term beginning October 1, 1999 and expiring September 30,
2002 with the CITY having the right to terminate the agreement for any reason during
the three (3) year extension term with six (6) months notice to FIRM without any further
obligation on the part of the CITY.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect.
