SECOND AMENDMENT FOR PROFESSONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER AND GLOBE FACILITIES LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP. D/B/A GLOBAL SPECTRUM
FOR PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
FOR THE HARBORVIEW CENTER
This Second Amendment between the City of Clearwater (CITY) and Globe
Facilities Limited Partnership D/B/A Global Spectrum (FIRM) is entered into on the date
written below.
Whereas, the CITY and FIRM entered into a Professional Management Services
Agreement for the Harborview Center on January 18, 1995.
Whereas, the parties agree to extend that Agreement for five (5) years under the
terms of this amendment.
Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual terms and conditions, promises,
covenants, and payments set forth herein, CITY and FIRM agree as follows:
1. Article 15.2 Extension Term shall be deleted and the parties agree to a five (5)
year Extension Term beginning October 1,2002 and expiring September 30,2007 with
the CITY having the right to terminate the agreement for any reason during the five (5)
year extension term with six (6) months notice to FIRM without any further obligation on
the part of the CITY.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
