THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONCESSION MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR THE CITY OF CLEARWATER
HARBORVIEW CENTER
This Third Amendment is entered into ~ ~S , 2002, between Globe
Facilities Limited Partnership d/b/a Global ~ectr m (Globe), Boston Concession
Group, Inc. (Operator) and the City of Clearwater (City).
Whereas, Globe, Operator and City entered into an agreement to manage the
food and beverage service for the Harborview Center on April 16, 1996 through
September 30,2001.
Whereas, Globe, Operator and City desire to extend said agreement for five (5)
additional years.
NOW, THEREFORE THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOllOWS:
1 . Section VI A. Term is amended to extend the term of the Concession
Management Agreement for the City of Clearwater Harborview Center through
September 30,2007.
2. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
In Witness Whereof, the parties hereto have made and executed this amendment
