Roy Ahlgrim for right- of-way in the West 20 feet of " Lots IS through 27"inclusive, in Block C, Drew Heights Subd. Three easements from William J. Tanney, Trustee, for storm sewer and drainage in North and Northwest portions of Block 2, Baskins Replat. . Restriction from Skycr.est Bap~ist Church in W~ of SW~ of SW~ of Sect; 12-29-15 and part of Drew Heights Subd. ~ CommissIoner Carwise moved that the above instruments be accepted and that the City Clerk be directed'to,record same in the Public Records of Pine lIas County, Florida.. Motion was seconded by Commissioner DeBlaker and carried unanimously. ITEM #33 - Request' from Chamber of Commerce. The City Attorney read a request from the Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce to subordinate a reverter clause so that the Chamber can refinance a loan on this property in the. sum of about $25,OQO from the First National t Bank of C,learwater. Commissioner Rankin moved that the new mortgage in the principal sum of approximately $25,000 be recognized and that the reverter provision in the deed to the Chamber of Commerce be subordinated to the pro~osed loan.
