the "Agency" to rec~ive THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($3.440.) in Community
Development Block Grant funds f[om~Fis-caIY-ear 1992-93 rollovers which the Agency was awarded by the City of
Clearwater but did not use from Fiscal Year 1992-93 funds.

Fiscal Year, which covers "a-period fropl-oclQoer 1,1993 through September 30,1994. The Agency agreed to use the
funds in manher identified in-tire -Scopept Services Section of the City of Clearwater -YOUTH BUILDERS OF
CLEARWATER. INC. Fiscal Year 1993-:.94 Agreement.
THE AGENCY AGREES that it will disburse these funds under the terms and conditions of the Fiscal Year
1993-94 City of Clearwater - YOUTH BUILDERS OF CLEARWATER. INC, Agreement.
