AGREEMENT OF PERMISSION

, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "City', and
William J. Myers and Harriet M. Myers
hereinafter referred to as IIGrantor'l;
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the City desires to post signs to indicate areaS subject to
the current IINo Wake Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of property located in such a way as
to provide an ideal location to post a sign advising of the I'No Wake Ordinance ";
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant:3 hereh.
contained, City agrees with Grantor as follows:
1. Grantor hereby grants permission and authority to City and its
authorized representatives to enter upon Grantor's pl'ope-rty located at
228 Bavside Dr.
, Clearwater, :?lorida,
for the purpose of posting a sign advising the public of City's "No Wc.ke
Ordinance".
2. City agrees to enter Grantorl s property at the following point:
Street or Seawall side
For the purpose of maintaining the sign, Grantor authorizes City to I~nter
the property at the point designated herein.
3. City agrees to post the sign at the following designated place:
Owners piling

City understands that the authorization conferred by this ')ermit
does not extend beyond or confer any other right other than the permission
and authority described herein.

5. This agreement and the permission conferred by the agreenlent
shall remain in full force and effect for
life of Ordinance

sooner terminated by Grantor providing City thirty (30) days written :lOtice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City in its name and on its behalf by its
proper corporate officers, and Grantor have caused this agreement of
