THE WORKOUT TRAIL
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
~
THIS agreement entered into this "''1 day of ~ 19ft between
Wood Graphics, Incorporated, a North Carolina corporation and the
City of Clearwater, Florida.
1. Wood Graphics grants to the City of Clearwater the use and
ownership of The Workout Trail, described by the attached product
brochure.
2. Wood Graphics shall have the exclusive right to obtain sponsors
for The Workout Trail.
(a) Sponsors shall be recognized as such on a Sponsorship
Recognition Panel, supplied by Wood Graphics and installed by the
City of Clearwater at the beginning of the trail.
(b) Upon notification by the City of Clearwater of damage to the
Sponsorship Recognition Panel, Wood Graphics shall repair or
replace the panel for a period of five (5) years.
3. All proceeds from the sale of sponsorships shall belong to Wood
Graphics.
4. The City of Clearwater shall be provided The Workout Trail at no
cost.
5. The City of Clearwater agrees to pay shipping costs via freight
F,O.B. Raleigh, North Carolina.
6. The City of Clearwater agrees to erect and install The Workout
Trail on a suitable site chosen by the City of Clearwater within
sixty (60) days of receipt of The Workout Trail.
7. The City of Clearwater agrees to accept responsibility for
maintenance of The Workout Trail upon installation, except for the
Sponsorship Recognition Panel as provided in item 2(b) supra.
8. The City of Clearwater shall have the right to reject any
sponsor it deems unsuitable within thirty (30) day of receipt of
the proposed list of sponsors.
9. The City of Clearwater agrees to install the Sponsorship
Recognition Panel supplied by Wood Graphics at the beginning of the
trail.

10. The City of Clearwater agrees to allow sponsors to use their
sponsorship and its' promotional value in advertising the existence
and location of the trail.
11. This agreement may be amended to allow additional Workout Trail
sponsorship programs by simple agreement of both parties.
This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors, and
assigns of both parties.

FITNESS CONDITIONING
The Workout Trail is a 20-Station, 30-Exercise fit-
ness parcours trail. The course is equipped with rugged
exercise apparatus at 15 of the st2tions. Each station fea-
tures an information panel with instructions for each
exercise.
The course is designed to run over a 1-1.5 mile trail,
however it can be adjusted to work on both shorter or
greater distances.
The Workout Trail is an outstanding value. To the
training athlete or an out-of-shape beginner, it is a com-
plete system for total fitness conditioning. Not only that,
but it's fun, tool1t5 sturdy construction and weather and
vandal-resistant materials means that the community
will be able to enjoy many years of low-maintenance use.
VANDAL-RESISTANCE.. .TheWorkoutTrail uses
unbrea"able 3/16" LEXAN for instruction panels. Silk-
screened in reverse and backed with finished 1/4":' exteri-
or plyvvood sheeting, these instruction panels are highly
resistant to damage by vandalism.
EXERCISE APPARATUS COMPONENTS.. .AII of
the exercise apparatus are built of rugged pressure-treat-
ed 6"x 6"and 4"x 6" lumber for maximum durability. In-
struction Sign structures are pre-assembled at the factory
of 4"x 4" redwood. Other necessary hardware is hot-
dipped galvanized and zinc-plated steel to prevent rust.
PRODUCT FINISH.. .The Workout Trail includes
factory assembled Instruction Sign structures for ease of
installation. The 21 instruction panels include a Course
Introduction Sign (start/finish station) that provides infor-
mation about the use of the trail. All of the signs are an
easy-to-read 18"x 32" in size. All lumber component
parts have corners rounded over to prevent splintering
and increase user safety. All required holes are pre-drilled and counter-sunk for easy field assembly.
COMPLETE FITNESS WORKOUT.. .The Workout Trail is a complete exercise system that combines jogging
with carefully planned exercises. Based on guidelines by the President's Council on Physical Fitness, The Workout
Trail is suitable for users of all ages.
THE WORKOUT TRAIL is fun to use, and because it keeps user's inter-
est it actually enhances efforts to get into shape.
