KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that in consideration of
receipt of the sum of $69.818.00. that certain real property,
legally described in Exhibit "A" which is appended hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby released
from the financial obligations imposed by virtue of that
certain Agreement, between William G. Blackburn and Gloria
G. Blackburn, his wife, and the City of Clearwater, Florida,
dated October 27, 1980 as recorded on June 24, 1981, under
Clerk's File No. 81100930 in Official Records Book 5211 at
Page 160 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
a s amended by Agreement between the City of Clearwater,
Flo~ida, and William G. Blackburn and Gloria J. Blackburn,
his wife, et aI, dated February 25, 1982, and recorded on
March 19, 1982, under Clerk's File No, 82041206 in Official
Records Book 5323 at Page 1864 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.

Nothing contained in this Release shall otherwise
modify, amend, or change in any respect whatsoever, whether
direct or indirect, the terms, conditions, and provisions of
the City Agreement, as amended; and nothing contained in
this R~lease shall modify, amend, or vary in any respect
wha tsoever, the terms, conditions, and provisions of the
City Agreement, as amended, as the same relates to any and
