Gentlemen:
In connection with the North Myrtle Ave. and Douglas Ave.
Extension, we are pleased to offer the following proposal for
land surveying services as follows:
1. Hequisi te surveys for right-of-way acquisition along Ii/[ar-
shall Ave. between Myrtle and ACL RR. Preparation of individual
ovmership tract maps on affected properties.
2. Location of corners in field of the Block containing Lots
1-5 incl at the corner of Marshall, Fulton, and the ACL RR.
3. A surveyed correlation between the alignment of Douglas
Avenue and Fairmont Ave. as it crosses Stevenson Creek with tie
ins to affected property lines. A map of this survey will be
furnished to appropriate scale. Individual traut maps for right-
of-way acouisi tion vlill be prepared as required.
Prior to commer:cemel"t of '.'lork, the City will furnish copies
of all record plats in the affected areas. The City will also
furnish a title search report indicating individu':l ownerships on
property mentioned in paragraph 1 and 3 above.
We will furnish sepia prints of each survey map required.
We will furnish the above srevice at the following rates:
a. Fully equipped survey party at the rate of 12.50 per hour.
b. draftinG services and computations required c:,t the rate of
~c7.CC pf;r hour.
This service is to be billed for actual work performed with
the understanding that the total amount billed shall not exceed
$lgOO.OC. The time required for the completion of this work will
be three weeks followinF notification to proceed.
This service does not include any appraisal of property,
accuisition of ri~ht-of-way or any cautt appearances which rnight be
required. '
