FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AND
VOYAGER FLEET SYSTEMS, INC.

and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA (the "CityU) and VOYAGER
FLEET SYSTEMSt INC. ("ContractorU). amends the Contract dated November 25. 1996
("ContractU). .
WHEREASt the City and Contractor entered into a Contract on November 25.
1996 for fleet fueling services pursuant to Bid No. 01-97;
WHEREAS. the City and Contractor agree to exercise the option to extend the
Contract for one (1) additional year;
NOW THEREFOREt in consideration of the mutual promises made below. the
parties agree as follows:
1. The Contract shall be amended to extend the term of the Contract for one
(1) additional year beginning December 1. 1997t and ending November 30t 1998.
under the same terms and conditions.
2, All other provisions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WIlNESS WHEREOF. the parties hereto have duly executed this First
Amendment on the day and year first above written.
