Mr. Shoemaker,
As per our rreeting of Tuesday I February 14, 1978, I -would appre-
ciate your assistance in releasing the South Annex of Countryside for
developrent at this time.
As per the affidavit recorded December 20, 1977, and the new letter
of detennination (copies attached) , we will not be required to corrq::>ly
wi th the State D. R. I. statutes at this tirre.
OUr main concern is the release of Tract 81 for an irrq::ortant
closing scheduled for February 23rd which necessitates building pennits
being issued at that t.irre. This closing is extraneI y irrq::ortant to
U. S. Hane CoIlXlration, and I -would appreciate your continued cooperation.
