BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
LEONARD SELIGMAN, who first by me duly sworn, deposes and says
that he is authorized to make this affidavit for and on behalf
of u.S. Home Corporation, and that this affidavit is submitted
in support of an application of U.S. Home Corporation to the
Division of State Planning for a determination that the South

Addition to the Countryside development located in the City of
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, will not be a development
of regional impact.
In support thereof, affiant affirms that in the Country-
side South Addition and in portions of tracts 45 and 48 declared
divested by the Division of State Planning, and more particularly
described in the attached legal description, u.s. Home Corpora-
tion will not develop in excess of the development thresholds
provided in Rules 22F-2.07, Office Parks, and 22F-2.12, Shopping
Centers, F.A.C., as adopted July 1, 1973.
U.S. Home Corporation further affirms that if it appears
that U.S. Home Corporation will develop in excess of such DRI
thresholds within Countryside South Addition, it will comply
with the requirements of Section 380.06, F.S.
