This is to eliminate a potential hazard created by the demand for a 500 ft. radius curve where Oak Neck Road connects with Belcher Road at Greenbriar Boulevard.' This is not a street vacation (It is not a dedicated right of way.), but it would appear to require Commission action al- though not as an advertised item. Rather, I would recommend that it be handled on the Manager's portion of the agenda at a regular hearing, ei ther Au~ul!.L.~I.,C?.E~pJ:ember tt...
