AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT made and entered into this
/':tj!--~- day of c.JJt~' ,A. D. 1973, by and between the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "City", and IMPERIAL LAND CORPORATION, or its
operating divisions, hereinafter referred to as "Builder";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, said parties have heretofore entered into a written
agreement entitled "City Agreement for Annexation", dated May 22, 1972;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to clarify Paragraph 14 thereof as to
what the Builder agrees to perform in reference to the alignment and
extension of certain rights-of-way within the area being developed
by the Builder;
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual promIses and
covenants herein contained, the parties heTeto do hereby agree as
follows:
1. Paragraph 14 under the heading "Builder Agrees", page 4
of the City Agreement for Annexation, shall read as follows:
"14. Builder agrees to actively support the Cityls efforts to:
extend and improve Hercules Avenue north to S.R. 580;
to extend Belcher Road to align with Old Coachman Road;
to extend and improve Old Coachman Road to intersect with
the main thoroughfare to be constructed by Builder in the
Greenbriar II development; and to reconnect Old Coachman
Road to the Belcher Road alignment at a point of tangency
with Greenbriar Boulevard within the Greehbriar I
Subdivision (as shown on the official Master Plan attached
hereto and made a part hereof)."
2. This Amendment to Agreement and the covenants contained
herein shall be binding on the successors and assigns of the parties
hereto.

3. All other terms, covenants and prov~s~on of City Agreement
for Annexation shall rema~n in full force and effect.
