policy referred to in copy of Certificate of Insurance which is
attached.
We are unable to determine from the attached Certificate
of Insurance if the City's interests are being protected as re-
quired by our Agreement dated October 20, 1975 with U.S. Home
Mortgage Corporation.

Dear i'-Ir. Myers:
In response to your telephone call, I am attaching copies
of my letter to the Frank B. Hall and Company Insurance Agency,
the Certificate of Insurance in question and the Servicing
Agreement with U.S. Home Mortgage Corporation.
We call your attention to page 3, paragraph 6, "Additional
Protection For Mortgagee" relating to cancellation without 10
days prior written notice and the cancellation clause on the
Certificate which states if the policy is cancelled the company
will endeavor to mail 30 days written notice, etc.
Our attorney is requesting a copy of the policy to determine
if the City's interests are protected.
