Dear Mr. Myers:
In connection with our servicing contract with the City of
Clearwater, Florida, we are required to furnish a certificate
of coverage on both Errors and Omissions Policy and Fidelity
Bond. This certificate of such coverage must include an at-
testation on the part of the insurance company that the cov-
erage of the policy shall not be reduced in amount or cancelled
without ten days prior written notice by registered mail to the
City of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida. Please obtain this
attestation on all policies.
The correct mailing address for the City of Clearwater is:
City of Clearwater, Department of Community Development, At-

33518. In addition, please send me a copy of the Fire and Ex-
