CITY CLE~.
Dear Mr. Whitehead:
This is to announce a change in the management staff of our Subdistrict
office in Tampa. Joe Rosenshein, Subdistrict Chief, has transferred to
Kansas as District Chief. Joe provided excellent leadership for the Water
Resources Division program in the Tampa office and we trust you found him
responsive to the needs of your office.
John E. Moore will replace Joe as Subdistrict Chief. John's most recent
assignment has been Assistant Regional Research Hydrologist in our Central
Regional office in Denver, Colorado. In that capacity he has served as a
specialist in geology and ground water hydrology, and as a technical con-
sultant and advisor on project planning. His professional career covers a
wide range of assignments including service on State level legislative
committees concerned with major water bills. He did his post graduate
work at the University of Illinois where he was granted a Ph.D. in Geology
and Water Resources.
We are pleased to have John on our staff and we are confident that the
water resources program in Tampa, and the Florida District, will benefit
from John's experience and leadership. John is looking forward to
getting acquainted with you soon and we hope you will enjoy working with
him. He will move his family to Tampa and take charge of the office in
early July. In the meantime, Joe W. Stewart will be acting Subdistrict
Chief.
Sincerely yours,
