Rich hereinafter referred to as "Grantor I'; WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the City desires to post signs to indicate areas subject to the current "No Wake Ordinance"; and WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of property located in such a way as to provide an ideal location to post a sign advising of the IINo Wake Ordinan.::e"; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant:, herein contained, City agrees with Grantor as follows: 1. Grantor hereby grants permission and authority to City and its authorized representatives to enter upon Grantor I s property located at 425 ~lidway Island , Clearwater, :i?lorida, for the purpose of posting a sign advising the public of City's IINo Wc.ke Ordinance t1. 2. City agrees to enter Grantor's property at the following point: Street or Seawall side For the purpose of maintaining the sign, Grantor authorizes City to enter the property at the point designated herein. 3. City agrees to post the sign at the following designated pb.ce: Owners Piling 4.
