AMENDMENT NO.2 TO THE AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR:
COUNTRYSIDE BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
1. Authorization of construction phase services as described in Section 3.11 and 3.12 of the above
referenced agreement, and subject to the terms and conditions included therein,
2. The ENGINEER will coordinate the materials field testing provided by the CITY or the ENGINEER
per Paragraph 4, below, The ENGINEER will review field test reports, and advise the CITY
regarding test results,
3. The aggregate liability in paragraph IV, I. page 3 of the Agreement shall be increased to $500,000.
4. An allowance for materials testing service of $45,000,00 is included in the total fee.
