AMENDMENT TO coNTAACT
THIS AMENDMENT _provides for TAMPA BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
hereinafter referred to as the "Agency" to receive ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS
($1.151.00) in Community DeveiopmentBIock Grant funds from Fiscal Year 1992-93 roll overs which the Agency was
awarded by the City !Jf Clearwaferbut did not.use from Fiscal Year 1992-93 funds.
IT IS HEREBY AG~ED thatthe Agency may use these Fiscal Year 1992-93 CDBG funds during the 1993-94
Fiscal Year, which cov-ers a period from October 1, 1993 through September 30, 1994. The Agency agreed to use the
funds in manner identified in the Scope .of Services Section of the City of Clearwater -TAMPA BAY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CORPoRAll()NFiscal Year 1993-94 Agreement.
THE AGENCY AGREES that it will disburse 'these funds under the terms and conditions of the Fiscal Year
1993-94 City of Clearwater - TAMP A BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Agreement.
