ORDINANCE NO. 644L.99 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 138 FEET NORTH OF DANIEL. STREET AND 120 FEET WEST OF CHARLES AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1, ACKER'S SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STATE ROAD 5800 WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2729 AND 2733 STATE ROAD 580, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIALIOFFICE GENERAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CL EARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as follows: Property See Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Land Use Category Residential/Office General Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6447-99.
