6433-99NA-N 0 R'DI 1 1 2 f ? 1 f ?? j74 ORDINANCE NO. 6433-99 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 360 FEET WEST OF LORI DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 13, BLOCK C, VIRGINIA GROVES TERRACE FIFTH ADDITION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2854 SAINT JOHN DRIVE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS RESIDENTIAL URBAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of the City of Clearwater is amended by designating the land use category for the hereinafter described property, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as follows: Propgrty Land Use Category r Lot 13, Block C, Virginia Groves Terrace Fifth Residential Urban Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 43 and 44, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida (A 99-12) Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adopflon of Ordinance No. 6432-99.
