and the baundary lines of the City are redefned accordingly:
Lot 13, Block C, Vrginia Graves TeRace Fifth Addition, according to the plat
thereaf as recorded in Plat Baak 5�, Pages 43 and �44, af the public records of
Pinellas Coun�y, Fio�ida. (A 99-12)
Sectian 2. The provisions of this ordinance a�e found and determined ta be cansistent
with the City af Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. `ft�e City Commission hereby accepts the
decfication of aIl easements, parics, rights-of-way anti other dedicatians to the publlc which have
her�tafare been made by plat, d�ed ar user within the annexed property. TY�e City Engineer, the
City Cl�rk and ti�e Pianning ar�d Developm�nt Services Administrator are directed to inc�ude and
show the property described hereEr� upon the affcial maps and records af the City.
Section 3. T�is ordinance shall tafce effect immediately upon adoptio�. The City Clerfc
shall file certifiecf copies oi tt�is ordinance, irtcluding the map attached hereto, with the ClerEc of t�e
