AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
j APPROXIMATELY 140 FEET EAST OF PINEWOOD AVENUE &
280 FEET SOUTH OF DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT
25, BLOCK D, EASTWOOD TERRACE, SECOND ADDITION,
WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 148 BAYWOOD AVENUE,
INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND
REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the
City pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, and the City has compiled with all applicable
requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after
adoption.
