ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF BRENTWOOD DRIVE, 400 FEET EAST OF
KEENE ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 7, LAKE LELA MANOR,
1ST ADDITION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1818
BRENTWOOD DRIVE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY
TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
FEES __ WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map

.--heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the
FEES City Clerk and the Central Permifting Director are directed to include and show the property

shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and with the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after
adoption, and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after
adoption.
