owing to the pendency, at the time of adoPtian, of the City's Evaluation and Appraisal Report
and the pravisior�s of Flarida S#atutes Section 163.3187(6) �nd related provisior�s of ti�e �forida
Administrative Cade it is necessary to readopt said amer�dmar�t in order to assure its
effective��ss; and
WHEREAS, the amendment ta the future land use pia� eiement of the comprehensive
plan of the City a� set forth in #his ardinance is found to be reasonable, �roper and approp�iate,
ar�d is cansist�nt with the City's Comprehensive Plart; naw, therefore,

Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Pian af the City of
