EVENTS COMMMITTEE, PROViDiNG SUCH CONTAINERS MUST BE CAPABL.E OF VISIJAL iNSPECTION FOR CONTENTS, AND PROHIBITENG CERTAIN TYPES 4F C4NTA�NERS; PROViDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, it is ad�isable to am�n� Sectiort 22,90(12), Code of Ordinances, t� broaden the cat�gary of cups in which it shall �e lawful to ssr�e alcoholic be�erages at perm�tted events, in order to aliow more �Iexibility and lesser expense to spansors of such events, now, t€�erefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISS[ON �F THE CITY � �F CLEARWATER, FLORlDA: Sectian 1. Section 22.90, Cad� of Ordinances, is amended to r�ad; � ,�•� , '��•��' Sec. 22.90. Conditions—Alcoholic �e�erage speciaf e�ent permit. Permits issued pursuant to Sectian 22.59 for sale andlor cansumption of alcohalic beverages at a special ever�t shall be subj�ct to the folfowing conditions in addikion to those contained In section 22.$3: � �*** -..� (12) Alcoholic beverages shall he served in containers meetinq industN standards_for such events, and rr�usk be anproved for each event bv ti�e special_��ents committee.
