The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
